Maraschino
Cherries
Store unopened Daltons Maraschino Cherries and Mincemeat at room
temperature. Once jar seal is broken, refrigerate.
Coconut
Store Daltons Coconut at room temperature. Close bag tightly. For
home storage longer than 9 months, coconut may be frozen.
Glace Fruit
Store glace fruit and peel at room temperature in tightly closed
container in which it was purchased. Periodically invert container
to allow syrup to be reabsorbed by fruit pieces. This process keeps
mixture moist and helps preserve fruit for longer shelf life. For
home storage longer than 9 months, glace fruits may be refrigerated.
Do NOT freeze.
Raisins
1 cup (250 mL) Jaffa Sultana Raisins weighs approximately 140 g
or just under 5 oz. One pkg (500 g) Jaffa Dates yields 2 1/2 cups
(625 mL) chopped dates.
