Mincemeat
is made up of a number of fruits and fruit products from around
the world. Some of the ingredients - such as Glace Fruit and Raisins
- are processed by Reinhart Foods as separate products.
Processing
Daltons
Mincemeat contain apples, raisins, diced fruit, peels, glace fruit,
sugar (50 brix) and suet (the mincemeat). For a genuine traditional
flavour, try our rum and brandy mince meat.
Storage conditions
for Mincemeat run from 15 to 20 degrees Celsius and 50 to 60 percent
RH.
