Processing

Preserved Ginger utilizes the finest raw ginger from Fiji. This exotic sweet is made from young ginger rhizomes which are tender and mild. The rhizomes are peeled, cut into pieces and steeped in sugar syrup.

Baking Gums and Preserved Ginger are used as ingredients in baking.

PRODUCT LIFE:
Shelf life for Baking Gums is 6 months or longer. Preserved Ginger has a shelf life of 12 months or longer.
